Washington Hall is a part of US Black heritage.

Washington was enslaved at Arlington Plantation in Jefferson Co, AL, owned by Stephen Hall. When Stephen Hall died he willed Washington, who was a boy at that time, to his daughter, Elizabeth C. Dupuy.[1]
