Phoebe Halliday was born on July 30, 1791 in Nova Scotia, daughter of Samuel Halliday (1755–1823) and Patience Cole (1759–1838).
Phoebe married William Harper (born in June, 1771 in Westmorland County, New Brunswick, Canada; son of Christopher Harper and Elizabeth (Leppington) Harper). Their known children were:
Phoebe died in 1842, aged 50. She was buried in Four Corners Burying Ground, Upper Sackville, Westmorland County, New Brunswick.[1]
