Biography
Walter Hand is a part of US Black heritage.
Walter was born about 1887 in North Carolina. He was the son of Robert Hand and Priscilla Bannerman.
He married Josephine Jordan in 1916 in Pender County, North Carolina.
In 1940 they were living in Burgaw, North Carolina with one son.
He passed away in 1947 in New Hanover County, North Carolina and was buried in Sandhill Cemetery in White Stocking, North Carolina.
