Biography

William Hardman was born on 13 Aug 1808 in Bolton, Lancashire, England to parents Thomas Hardman and his wife Margaret (Peggy). He was christened on 13 Mar 1808 in St Peter, Bolton, Lancashire, England.^[1]

He married firstly Ellen Dowlin on 8 Jan 1830 in St Mary Magdalene, Woolwich, Kent, England.^[2]
