Biography
Fay was born 21 September 1903 in Wrightsville, Johnson County, Georgia.[1] He was the son of Louis B. Hilson and Susie C. Rains.
He married first Annie Martin on 6 October 1928 in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida.[2] Fay and Annie divorced in 1935 in Dade County.[3]
He married second Frances Lois Jones circa 1939.[4]
Fay died on 19 November 1973 in Homestead, Dade County, Florida.[5]
