Palmer was born in 1904. He was the son of Ernest Hintz and Mary Tessman. He passed away in 1994. No children.

Palmer A. Hintz was born on January 11, 1904 in Kiester Township, Faribault County Minnesota to Ernest A. and Mary E. Tessman Hintz. He farmed in the Kiester - Scarville area most of his life. He retired to Bricelyn in 1970. He married Ruby Wallace - Toussaint in 1970. He was a member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Kiester. He loved to visit with old friends and recall farming and Kiester's early days. To those who knew Palmer, he was a kind, Gental soul, well liked by family and friends.

Palmer died on Saturday January 1, 1994 at St. Lukes Lutheran Home in Blue Earth where he had resided the past three years.

He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Ruby in 1985, three sisters: Alma Olson, Malinda Hinderer, and Olga Greenfield; Three brothers: Julius, Norbert and Willy Hintz in infancy.
