• Wilmina was born in 1877. She was the daughter of William Hodgins and Almira Milks. She passed away after 1943.
• "Wilmina" is the name she used in the city directories so is probably the proper form of her name. I believe this name was derived from Wilhelmina which was entering a period of popularity as a girl's name. The diminutive forms "Mina" and "Minnie" (sometimes misspelled as "Nina" and "Minia") seen in other documents would be consistent with "Wilmina".
• Birth place is assumed to be the family home in Clarendon, Quebec, before the family migrated to Michigan, then Washington.
• Found a 1943 death record for Arthur Alexander Bailey whose spouse was "Nina" which indicates that Mina was still alive then.
