Biography
Elizabeth was born in 1830 in Bath, New York (Steuben or Rensselaer county?), the daughter of Arnold Hosmer and Olive Clark. She married, about 1855, to Charles Merchant Welch. She passed away in 1899 and is buried at Woodmere Cemetery, Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.
