Biography

Peter, son of Gardner Hunter and Betsy Newth.

Peter married in 1896 to Emma (Emme) Hill and they settled at Waimea West where Peter farmed. They had 8 children born in their marriage, four boys and four girls.

Peter Mark Hunter died in 1933 and is buried at Wakapuaka Cemetery with Emme.
