Biography

Elmer was born in 1901. He is the son of David Keiter and Laura Lebo. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

On October 23, 1920, Elmer married Verna Marcella Koppenheffer (b. Jan 16,1902) in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. [6] [7] They divorced on Feb 8, 1928. [8] [9][7]

On April 7, 1928, Elmer married Mary S. Shaffer (b. Oct 14, 1895 d. Jan 20, 1938) in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. [9]

On August 24, 1940, Elmer married Sarah E. Klinger (b. Dec 31, 1908 d. Feb 21, 1963) in Upper Paxton Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. [8]

Elmer passed away in 1993. [10]

The Find A Grave record[10] contains a Patriot News - January 20, 1993 obituary for Elmer which specifies the death location as the"Polyclinic Medical Center, Harrisburg".
