Biography

When Henry Mattes Kitt was born on 17 November 1910, in Audubon, Iowa, United States, his father, Herman Kitt, was 42 and his mother, Helena Hansmann, was 35. An interesting note is that Henry has a different date of birth than the date on his birth record. When Henry completed his WW II Registration Card he gives his birth date as 19 October 1910. This same date is on his SS Death Index as well.
