Elizabeth was Choctaw.

Elizabeth was born 2 Oct 1838 in Pelucia Creek, Carroll, Mississippi, the daughter of William LeFlore and Martha Patsy Walker.. Elizabeth passed away 17 Dec 1924 in Ardmore, Carter, Oklahoma. She is buried at the Rose Hill Cemetery, Ardmore, Carter County, Oklahoma.[2]

Elizabeth married three times, 1st Josiah Hamilton Dillard[3], 2nd Wilburn Brummett[4] and 3rd Edward Uriah Simpson.

On 24 June 1903, Gill Dillard provided Elizabeth H. Simpson with Power of Attorney for the purpose to make application for allotments of land for his minor children Bessie, Grover and Clara E. Dillard.[5][6][7] On 29 April 1904 Gill Dillard gave Myrtle Dillard Power of Attorney for the purpose to make application for allotments of land for his minor children Bessie, Grover and Clara E. Dillard.[8][9][10]
