Biography
Francis Forbes Lewin was born in 1868 in Ararat, Victoria, Australia, the son of Margaret (Johnson) Lewin and Francis Henry Lewin.[1][2]
He married Elizabeth Adelaide Victoria Thomas in 1894 in Victoria.[3] Their children were:[4]
- Walter Thomas George Lewin (1894–1981)
- Osborne Victor Lewin (1897–1974)
- Olive Matilda Lewin (1899–1993)
- Ivy Elizabeth Lewin (1901–?)
- Blanche Ella Lewin (1902–1984)
- Arthur Clifton Lewin (1903–1904)
- Francis Eric Lewin (1904–1983)
- Gladys Ethel Lewin (1908–?)
- Eileen Beatrice Lewin (1910–1990)
Francis died in 1911 in Ararat, aged 42 years.[2]
