Biography

Robert was born in 1842. He is said to have been the son of James A. Listenbee and Jane Stark Alderson, both born in South Carolina. Robert married Margaret, whose last name is not presently known. In 1870 and 1880 they are enumerated on the federal census in Calhoun County, Mississippi. ^{[1] [2]}
