Biography
Asahel was born in 1821. He was the son of John Loop and Mary Ward.
He married Cordelia Milk (1823–1882). They had a daughter:
Alida Jane Loop (1848–1924).
He married 2nd Caroline E. Catlin (1823–). They had the following children:
Julia Ann Loop (1858–1928).
George Washington Loop (1859–1927).
Franklin "Frank" Loop (1863–1938).
He passed away in 1892. Buried at Crabtree-Globe Cemetery, Springville, Tulare County, California.
