Biography

Charles Whittier Mansur was born at Augusta, Maine in 1864, the son of Rufus Morrill Mansur and Emily A Bradley. He was two when his mother died and his paternal aunts Eliza A and Cynthia Mansur helped raise him.

He married Jennie Melvina Thomas on 3 Jun 1895 at East Livermore, Maine. They were the parents of two known children.

He passed away at mount Vernon, Maine in 1911 and is buried at the Bean Cemetery, Mount Vernon. His death records stated he was a businessman.
