Biography
John was a son of Robert Franklin McGaw and Lydia Stockham Gallion. He married Louise Pennington Bailey in 1897.
Many records show that he was born between 1861 and 1864. However, he appears on the 1860 census with his parents in Harford County, Maryland, as 1 year old.
