Biography
Rachel McGhie was born in 1846. She was the daughter of Mathew McGhie and his wife Isabella McIntosh.
DAVIES—McGERIE.—On the 1st inst., at Warrnambool, by the Rev. T. Raston, Mr. Walter Davies, eldest son of Mr. Edward Davies, of Liverpool, England, to Rachel, fourth daughter of Mr. Matthew McGerie, of Dry Lake, near Warrnambool[1]
She passed away in 1880 the same year as her fourth daughter Rachel was born. [2]
