Biography

When James Merchant was born on 16 May 1835, in New South Wales, Australia, his father, Richard Bapson Merchant, was 34 and his mother, Elizabeth Barnes, was 29. He married Mary McEwen in 1860, in Australia. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 4 daughters. He died on 6 June 1925, in Wallarobba, New South Wales, Australia, at the age of 90.[1]

James was born in 1835. He is the child of Richard Merchant and Elizabeth Barnes. He passed away in 1925.
