Biography
Lizzie was born in Oklahoma, in 1897, to Napoleon and Janne Pennington Millsap. She married Patrick Millsap in 1911, at the age of 14, in her home town. They had seven children together. Patrick’ died in 1939. After several years, Lizzie married Silas Overholtzer, in 1958. She died in Redlands, in 1988, at the age of 90.
