Biography
John William Milvain was born in Newcastle in 1839. He was the son of Henry Milvain and Jane Davidson. [1]
MARRIAGE. At Carthagena, on the 29th ult., John William, son of Henry Milvain, Esq., of North Elswick Hall, to Micaela Sauballe-Gil de Avalle, daughter of the late Brigadier-General Avalle, and granddaughter of his Excellency the late General Avalle, of the Spanish Army. [2]
