Calogero Minacori, age 32 (b. 1850), villico, reports the birth of his son, Giuseppe, on 3 October 1882, to his wife, Rosa Ragona (last name hard to read), a spinner, in their home in via Cretai, Ravanusa, in Agrigento province, Sicily.[6]
On 2 January 1909 in Ravanusa, state officials receive from the province a true copy of the atto di matrimonio written in French and translated into Italian from the Parish of Rosario, a registration of marriage in the year 1908 on 8 February, published by the church of Rosario, with their mutual consent, united in marriage Giuseppe Minacori, born in Ravanusa Girgenti on 2 October 1882, son of the late Calogero Minacori and Rosa Ragona; and Luigia Farrugia, born in Ravanusa on 3 February 1893, daughter of Pietro Farrugia and Maria Cirami. The original certificate is dated February 29 1909.[7]
