Agnes Thorns Moring Porter, (1 Mar 1884 - 27 Jun 1941) Age 57
Eldest daughter of William Henry Moring Jr., (13 April 1857 - 8 April 1943), and Mary Harriet Thorns Moring, (10 June 1861 - 21 Aug 1937).
On Tuesday afternoon. 14 Jan 1913 in Asheboro, Randolph County, North Carolina, Agnes Thorns Moring married John Milton Porter, son of Robert Erwin Porter and Martha Hoyle.

On Friday 27 June 1941 outside of Augusta, Georgia, Agnes Thorns Moring Porter was killed in an automobile accident. Her husband, John Milton Porter, was driving the family home after attending the wedding of their son. Two daughters also passengers in the car suffered severe injuries but survived the accident.
