Biography
Joseph Moseley is a part of US Black heritage.
Joseph Moseley served in the United States Army in World War II Service started: 6 Jan 1941 Unit(s): Service ended: 28 Feb 1945
Joseph was born 9 July 1921 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, the son of Wilson Moseley and Elizabeth Landroy.[1]
In 1940, he was living with his father, Wilson, and brother in the household of James and Lucy Borden. Joseph is listed as "step-grandson;" Wilson is listed as "step-son."[2] (Note: Lucy Borden is listed on Joseph's World War II draft card as being a person who would always know his address.)[3]
He served in the US Army during World War II.[4][5]
He died in Chicago on 6 February 1980.[6][4] He was interred at Mt. Glenwood Cemetery.
