Theophilus MOSELEY (b. abt. 1823 South Carolina - prob. d. bef. 1860 Pickens Co, AL), was the son of Samuel MOSELEY, Jr, and grandson of Samuel MOSELEY, Sr, who died in Brunswick Co, VA, in 1811.
Theophilus MOSELEY c 1844 married Hannah Huff daughter of Avery Huff and Mary Taggart.
They moved with Hannah's father to Pickens Co, AL.
Theophilus MOSELEY disappears from the records between the move to AL and 1860. It is not known what happened to him.
Hannah lived with her parents in 1860.

- Samuel Mosely b. abt.1848 Alabama. In a letter to James Huff PAYNE in 1874, Avary mentioned that Samuel MOSELEY had on 3 Sep 1874 md Martha COOPER.
