Biography
Charley was born in 1887,[1][2][3] the sixth of nine known children to William Henry Harrison Moxley and Mary Elizabeth West. His siblings were: Virginia E Moxley, Alexander Benjamin Chester, Andrew Thomas,[4] Rachel M.B., Ada, Fannie Mae, George Cleveland, and Elzie Manning. In the 1900 census, his mother is noted as having 14 children and only 8 are living.
