Biography
William was born in 1794. He was the son of William Mudgett and Rhoda Willey. He married Nancy Hersey on 2 Dec 1815 in Danvers, Essex, Massachusetts, USA. He was appointed postmaster 20 Jun 1853 in Lyndonville, Orleans, New York. By 1855 he was married to Cynthia Lee. He passed away in 1859.
