Biography

William was born in 1844. He was the son of Fleenor Musick and Polly Crabtree. He passed away before 1920.

In 1850, Fleenor, age 37, and Mary Ann, age 32, live in Washington Co., VA. Fleenor is a farmer. There are five children in the home. Thomas, age 10, Levi, age 8, William, age 6, Robert, age 4, and Mary V., age 2. The census also lists Catherine Sparger in the home, she is age 18.

In 1860 Fleenor, age 42, and Mary Ann (Crabtree), age 40, live in Jonesville, Lee Co. VA. Fleenor is a farmer. There are four children in the home, Thomas, age 18, William P., age 16, Mary Virginia, age 14, and Margaret, age 12.

In 1880, Mary Ann, age 60 is a widow. She lives on the farm in Yocum Station, Lee Co., VA. William P., age 36, works the farm. Also living in the home are: Martha E., age 29, George F., age 25, farm laborer, Susan, age 25, John M., age 22, farm laborer, and Becca, age 18.
