Biography
Daughter of Joseph Payne Neese (1857–1934) & Shasta Helen Monroe (1861–1939), Lillie Jane Neese was born on August 23, 1888,[1] in Georgia. She married William Edgar Purcell on August 30, 1908, in Milton, Georgia.[2] She died on November 27, 1979, in Alpharetta, Georgia,[3] at the age of 91, and was buried in Cherokee, Georgia.[4]
