Edward was born about the 14 July 1914 in Dunedin City, Otago, New Zealand. He was the son of Charles Neiper and Louisa (Patterson) Nieper [1]
He married Ilene Mary Lyall (Coombes) Nieper about 1940 in New Zealand. Father of three <Private> children.
