He married Elizabeth Vincent about 1817, in Blacon, Chester, Cheshire, England, United Kingdom. They were the parents of at least 7 sons and 2 daughters. He lived in Malpas, Cheshire, England in 1782. In 1828, at the age of 48, his occupation is listed as farmer in Bathurst, New South Wales, Australia. He died on 8 October 1854, in Rylstone, New South Wales, Australia, at the age of 73, and was buried in Carwell, New South Wales, Australia[1]
