Biography

Beatrice Leah Nyman was born on 28 Oct 1891 in Chelsea, Suffolk, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Rudolph Nyman and Georgianna Currier.

At age 24 Beatrice married Harold Calkins on 7 Oct 1916 in Melrose, Middlesex, Massachusetts. There were three known children born into this marriage. Beatrice taught piano at home.

Beatrice died at age 55 on 13 Mar 1947 in Arlington, Middlesex, Massachusetts; she was buried three days later on 16 Mar in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody, Essex, Massachusetts
