JOHN B. O'QUIN was born October the 8th 1861.. He was the son of Vandy O'Quin (1821 - 1900) and Mary Ann Brown O'Quin (1830 - 1920).(Vandy's father was also John O'Quin; Vandy settled in the Smyna/ China Grove area of old Pike County)
