Biography

When Bruce 'Russell' Olin was born on March 13, 1932, in Newport, Washington, he changed his name to Russell Olin (no middle intial) when he went into the Naval Reserves in 1952. His father, Armand Leslie Olin was 38 and his mother, Iola Mignon (Russell, was 30. He had six daughters, his wife, LaWanda; daughters, Rhonda (Pete) Carter, Tami (Steve) Klein, Sherri (Mattia) Baccaro; son, James (Marcela) Kealy; three daughters from his first marriage, Debbie, Kathy, and Pam He died on November 25, 2011, in Spokane, Washington, at the age of 79, and was buried there.
