Leonidas was born in Plainfield, Connecticut on May 12, 1899, son of Joseph Ouillette and Malvina Bedard. [1]
He married Loretta Bisallion in Killingly, Connecticut on August 12, 1919. [2]
He died in Norwich, Connecticut on June 23, 1987. [3]. He was buried in All Hallows Cemetery in Moosup, Windham County, Connecticut. [4]
