William George Parmer speculated to be the son of Isaac Parmer who left his son William 100 acres of land in his will dated 31 March 1787 in Newberry Co. South Carolina, however, there is no proof for this relationship. He moved to Shelby Co., Alabama about 1819 and to Bibb Co., Alabama about 1824.[1]
He married Phoebe Hays about 1804 in Laurens Co., South Carolina.[1]
William died in 1845 in Bibb County, Alabama and was buried at Haysop Baptist Church Cemetery, Eoline, Bibb County, Alabama.[1]
