Dora Bell Phares was the daughter of Edwin L. Phares and Mary A. Parker. Her siblings were Frank Lamar Phares born in 1894, Lora M. Phares born about 1889 and Olive P. Phares born about 1891.
In 1910 Dora married Glen Ivan John. Unfortunately, Mr. John passed away in 1911. Their daughter Louine John was born in 1911.
In 1920 Dora married Frank Linton Walker in Clackamas County, Oregon. Dora and Frank had 7 daughters and one son. Son John Phares Walker, age 22 years, died during World War II when his plane was shot down by the German army.
