Obituary
McLAUGHLIN, BARBARA PHARES, of Birmingham, Alabama, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, June 20, 2008. She was born May 14, 1946. She will be missed by those she left behind: two daughters, Tina (Tim) O'Shell and Karen (Heath) Cooper; three grandchildren, Teddy O'Shell, Erin O'Shell and Austin Cooper; one sister, Joan (Larry) Miskelly; one brother, John Phares, Jr. (Deidra); sas well as her 'family' at Liberty Church. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Oak Hill Cemetery in Moundville, Alabama. Visitation will be held Monday, June 23, 2008 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Ridout's Elmwood Chapel. Ridout's Elmwood Chapel, 205-251-7227, directing. Published by The Birmingham News on Jun. 22, 2008.
