Biography

Percy was born in 1891. He was the son of Charles Pooley and Mary Prisley. ^{[1] [2]}

He married in 1917 at West Ham, Essex to Emily F. Spencer ^[3] and passed away in 1980. ^[4]

It is not known if Percy and Emily had any children.

Percy's wife Emily may be the daughter of the George J. Spencer and Emily ____ who was born in 1891 and resided at East Ham, Essex in 1891. ^[5]
