Pierre 'Archille' Proulx was born in December 1875 in Yamaska, Quebec. He was the son of Pierre Proulx and Marie Poirier. He married Aurore Pare on 26 February 1900 in St. David, Quebec. Archille passed away in October 1961. He was buried in Notre-Dame-des Neiges Cemetery in Montreal.
