Daughter of Elijah and Hannah (Day) Prouty

Research notes

The New England Historical & Genealogical Register has the Bible records for the two Elijah Prouty's in Brattleboro, VT. However, I've found that the dates of birth in that record do not line up with actual records from Vermont Vital Records, Newspaper records and town histories. Sarah was 61 years old when she died in 1860 per the death record and that would have made her born about 1799, not 1790. In the Will of Elijah Prouty he names his daughter Sarah B Miller, wife of Lemuel Miller.
