Biography

Elmer was born in 1874. He was the son of Carlisle Rea and Delilah Skidmore.

In 1800 his family moved from Ohio to ^[1]Shannon, Pottawatomie, Kansas

By 1885 the family is living in Spring Creek, Pottawatomie, Kansas and by 1895 the family moves from Kansas to Missouri

On 6 Feb 1899 Elmer A Rea (brother to Charles Rea) and widow Elizabeth Knight Rea married in Conway, Laclede, Missouri^[2]

They raise Winnie, brother Charley and Elizabeth's daughter.

In 1900 they live in Union, Laclede, Missouri^[3] their son Earl was just born and daughter Winnie is now 3

In 1910 they live in Springfield Ward 5, Greene, Missouri^[4]with children Earl Lottie, Ruth, John, and step-daughter Winnie. Elmer is a Flue Welder for the Railroad.
