Biography
John Reay, 83, passed away peacefully on 23 July 1927 at Fredericksburg, Chickasaw, Iowa. He was born on 10 April 1844 in England and married Leah Pennington in 1880.
Mr. Reay was survived by: his wife, Leah, b. 1859; children, Thomas Watson Reay, b. 1886; Wilfred Reay, b. 1892; Ollie Rebecca (Reay) Goodrich, b. 1895; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and infant son Reay, about 1900-1901.
John is buried at the Rose Hill Cemetery, Fredericksburg, Chickasaw, Iowa. The findagrave memorial ID is 69118400.
