Molly was born on December 15, 1953, in Lewiston, Idaho to Donald Rice and Evelyne Young. She was the third of four children and the second daughter.
The family moved to Spokane, Washington in 1956. Molly graduated from Lewis & Clark High School in 1972. She married in 1978 and had one son. She is survived by her husband, her son and his wife, and one granddaughter.
Molly was born with Polycystic Kidney Disease[1], which caused End Stage Renal Disease. She had a live kidney donor transplant from her brother-in-law around 2000 which lasted for 12 years. After it failed, she was on hemodialysis for 8 years. She was very ill the last few months, and made the decision to not continue with dialysis on April 18, 2020, and passed away on May 1, 2020.
