Biography

Daughter Kitty and spouse obtained their marriage license on Feb 13,1888 and were married on Feb 22, 1888. E Rife signed a letter of approval for her daughter to be married at 17 years of age. The license was signed by a judge with a note that if the couple did not get married they would be fined $500.
