Biography

George was born 19 Nov 1844 in Rainham, Kent.^[1][2] He was christened in Rainham on 9 Feb 1845.^[3]

He married Harriet Black in Sittingbourne on 25 Dec 1867: George Rodwell, 23, bachelor, labourer, father is George Rodwell, grocer(?); Harriet Black, 18, spinster, father is George Black, labourer; both resident of Sittingbourne; witnesses were George Black & Jane Whetcombe.^[4]

They later immigrated to the United States.^[5][6][7]

George died in Toronto on 17 Oct 1934.^[8]
