In the 1865 census, Ole Benjamin Roneson (age 3) was living with his parents Rone Knudtson and Kaisa Magdalena Nilsdatter in Hattfjelldal Prestegjeld, Nordland, Norge.[3]
15 Jun 1888 Olia Margerethe, daughter of Ole Benjamine Hjerynmusen and his wife Anna Fredrike Olsdatter was born. 24 June 1888 Olia was baptized in Hattfjelldal kirke, Hattfjelldal Prestegjeld, Nordland, Norge.[4]
2 July 1891 Ole Benjamin (Hieronymussen) Roneson married Maren Anna “Mary” Pedersdatter in Burnhamville Township, Todd County, Minnesota, United States. Mary was born in Norway in 1851. Mary’s first marriage to John P. Peterson on 08 Jun 1880 in Todd, Minnesota ended with his death on 11 Jun 1890 in Todd., Minnesota. [5]
20 June 1895 census, Ole Ronneson (age 32y) was farming in Burnhamville, Todd, Minnesota. They had 2 daughters, Ida (age 2 yrs) and Annie (age 1 month) plus Mary (age 43) had 4 Peterson children from her first marriage, Clara (age 14), Grundy (age 12), Peter (age 9), and Manda (age 5).[6]
2 June 1900 census, Olaf B Roneson (born July 1863) owned the farm where he lived with his wife Marie (born June 1857) in Bumhamsville & Bruce Townships, Todd, Minnesota, United States. They had been married for 9 years. All 6 of her children were still alive. 4 children ( ages 5 to 17) were still at home. Ole had immigrated in 1888 and was naturalized. Mary had immigrated in 1876. Ole and Peter were farmers. [7][8]
7 May 1910 census, Ole B Roneson (age 45) was divorced, the head of household in Township 160, Divide, North Dakota, United States. He was a farm laborer working out. [9]
16 December 1915 Ole Ranesen's daughter Anna Ranesen married Johnny Olson in Plentywood, Sheridan, Montana.[10]
In the 1920 census, Ole Ronneson (age 53) was living in the household of his widowed daughter Emma Olson in Williams, North Dakota, United States. She had 3 young children under the age of 4 years. [11]
1 January 1934 Ole Benjamin Roneson died in Cumberland, Barron County, Wisconsin, USA and was buried in East Cumberland Cemetery (Also known as Section Ten Church Cemetery) In Cumberland, Barron County, Wisconsin, United States.[12]
Ole Roneson's wife Maren Anna Roneson died on 15 April 1943 in Bruce Township, Todd, Minnesota, United States.[13][14]
