Frank J Rossignol was born on 27 Sep 1923 in Caribou, Aroostook, Maine, United States. He was the son of David Rossignol and his wife Jennie Wilcox. Frank died on 18 Aug 1992 in Mattawamkeag, Penobscot, Maine and was buried on the Mattawamkeag Cemetery in Mattawamkeag.

NOTE: The Find A Grave record lists Frank's grandparents as his mother and father, rather than Emery and Jennie Rossignol, which is an error.
