Biography

William was born in 1808. He was the son of Samuel Russ and Honour Shearstone. He was baptised and christened May 2 1813, Tintinhull, Somerset, England.

Age 19 he married Elizabeth (Eliza) Sugg, Dec 6 1827, Kingsbury Somerset England. They had the following children:
