At the time of Louise's own marriage, she stated that she was born at Devon Reserve. Her mother in law stated at the time of her death that she was born at Oromocto. Because there is a discrepancy, we have to look at who gave the information, and when the information came in. (The closer to the event, the more likely it is to be accurate.)

The marriage was a closer date to the birth than the death was, and Louise would also have known her own place of birth better than somebody else would, even her mother-in-law.

For that reason, Devon Reserve will be placed as the location of her birth.
